PLAYERS: DeMarco Murray
TEAMS: Dallas Cowboys
All signs point to running back DeMarco Murray playing Sunday night against Philadelphia for the first time since he suffered a sprained left foot Oct. 14 at Baltimore. For the second consecutive day, Murray was limited in practice Thursday but was able to build on what he did Wednesday. “He’s had two days of good work,” Cowboys offensive coordinator Bill Callahan said. “I talked to DeMarco [on Thursday] morning and I told him that I thought he flashed really well. He looked really good. I think he’s getting there.” Callahan said Murray responded well Thursday to his first practice Wednesday. “It’s mental. He has to be just right and he wants to be 100 percent,” Callahan said. “He wants to do well by the team and he doesn’t want to be any less than 100 percent. I got great confidence in him and I’m hopeful that we’ll see him Sunday.” Source: Dallas Morning News Attached Thumbnails
