IRVING, Texas Dallas Cowboys tackle Tyron Smith is trying to transform a 15,750 negative into a 15,750 positive. Through his agent Joe Panos, he's already issued an appeal with the NFL commissioner's office regarding the 15,750 fine issued him for an illegal horse-collar tackle in the second quarter of the Cowboys' season-opening 24-17 win at the Giants. And now, he's working to create something even more positive than the result of the tackle, which prevented a Giants TD. "We're working on using that (dollar) figure as a target for a really good cause,'' Smith said. "There's a way we can all pitch in and help people.'' Smith, the 21-year-old budding standout, is directing Cowboys fans to raise money for Dallas-based Camp Summit.
