Apparently a Georgia man has become so tired of Jerry Jones running the Dallas Cowboys that he has created a petition on the White House's website to have Jones removed as owner and general manager of the NFL franchise.

Austin left many fantasy owners with a zero in the scoring column after the receiver limped off the field during Dallas' Thanksgiving Day loss to Washington. Austin was diagnosed with a right hip strain, an injury that could be particularly bothersome given his history.

Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter is out of for the season with a dislocated left elbow, making him the fourth Dallas defensive starter to go on injured reserve.

The Cowboys released wide receiver Andre Holmes over the weekend, according to the NFL transactions page.
A 6-foot-4 target out of Hillsdale College, Holmes was one of the most prominent names in the preseason race to become the Cowboys' No. 3 receiver, but he only managed two catches for 11 yards in seven games this season.
He also played on special teams for the Cowboys...

Absolutely, he said. Weve got just as good a chance as anybody...
Despite having to leave the Dallas Cowboys' Thanksgiving day game with a hip injury, Miles Austin is expected to play Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Austin was injured early in the game last Thursday and had to leave the field. He did not return, complaining of hip and back pain.

When something happens once, it can be seen as creative or entertaining. When it happens again, it is far less humorous. That is the case when a Dallas Cowboys fan from the state of Georgia started a petition to President Obama to force change of their favorite team. It has also happened with the Auburn Tigers when some fans asked Obama to fire Gene Chizik.
They got their wish, although...
