Despite numerous rumors, Tuesday's NFL trade deadline passed without any blockbuster deals. In fact, it was a downright bust.   The deadline might be more notable for the players who didn't move -- guys who were swap chat fodder for weeks, yet will report to practice Wednesday without changing locations.   Here is why some of the league's bigger names are staying put:   • Terrell Owens, WR, Bills. The Bears and Ravens were interested, but the Bills were not eager to make a deal. They still hope Owens will have a bigger impact and are married contractually to him for only one season. Despite the Bills' struggles, Owens has not been a divisive force — yet.   • Brady Quinn, QB, Browns. It's not that the Browns are in love with him. But neither is anyone else.
