The Denver Broncos lost wide receiver Demaryius Thomas in the first half of their game against the Oakland Raiders to a shoulder injury. The play making receiver was injured after a 16 yard pass in the first quarter after he was tackled by a gang of Raiders. Peyton Manning Moves His Broncos To 10-3 Is He The NFL’s Comeback Player Of The Year & The M.V.P. ?

Peyton Manning is a true leader, he took his Denver Broncos to 10-3 last night beating the Oakland Raiders 26-13.  Manning should be in the running for his fifth M.V.P. and the leagues come-back player of the year.  Manning is one of the greatest leaders on and off the field in the history of the  NFL .  He demands the best out of his guys and when he doesn't get it...

Broncos 26, Raiders 13: Instant Reaction

Running back Knowshon Moreno had a big night. Big Pete provides some post-game thoughts on tonight’s game… Has a complete and utter domination by one team over another had such a close score? This felt like a 50-7 football game, yet there we were, giving the Raiders hope when there really was none. Like I said in my nit-pick article, we need to crush the souls of our opponents...

Are Broncos playing down to their opponents?

Big Pete of the comments has a guest piece for your reading pleasure this morning. Thanks Pete for volunteering to do this! Let him know what you think in the comments! Since earlier in the week seemed to be “Nit-Pick Day”, here is a list of the things I nit-pick the Broncos about. #1. We seem to always play down to our opponent’s level. Brandon Stokley is active for game against Raiders

Brandon Stokley will play in Thursday nights game against the Oakland Raiders. Stokley missed the Broncos last game dealing with a wrist injury. His return to the team will obviously boost its offensive presence but will have a negative impact on targets for tight-end Jacob Tamme. For the season Stokley has 36 catches for 449 yards and 5 touchdowns. Denver is a  10.5 point favorite...

With Leather’s Watch This: Lo Thine Fantasy Gods, We Beckon Ye For Peyton Manning

Earlier this week, in the Fantasy Football Support Group post, I broke down the strange, new curse that is the Thursday Night Football QB conundrum. Basically, with very few exceptions, quarterbacks – and a lot of stars in general – have been terrible on the NFL Network this season. As I finished writing that, something horrifying dawned on me – I have Peyton Manning on Thursday...

State of the AFC West: Week 14 Edition

I gotta be honest, Raider Nation. I’m running out of things to talk about, report, and analyze in the AFC West. It’s pretty simple, really. The Denver Broncos are good. The Chargers, Chiefs, and Raiders are not. The Broncos clinched the division title this past weekend and now set their sights on a 2 or 3 seed in the playoffs. The [...]

Man may have jumped from upper deck

A football fan appeared to deliberately jump from the upper deck at the Oakland Coliseum during an NFL game between the Raiders and Denver Broncos, police said Friday.
