This is a sponsored post edited for BT.
It’s every NFL coach’s dream to get a quarterback that helps turn good wide receivers into great wide receivers, as that one key player can be the difference between a coach spending a long tenure on the sidelines or watching the games...
Broncos, QB Peyton Manning Willing To Make Adjustments To Offense
Though Peyton Manning's skills will be incorporated into Denver's offense, OC Mike McCoy noted Saturday the offense will also use concepts McCoy has utilized before, but are less familiar to Manning. "He wants some new ideas and to run some new things," McCoy said, citing two-back formations as an example. What won't be carried forward? "Zone read is no...
Broncos’ Bailey giving Bolden secondary tips
Broncos’ rookie cornerback Omar Bolden has to love the situation he is in. Denver’s fourth round draft selection, Bolden, will be competing for a starting gig in Denver this summer and has been learning the tricks of the trades from one of the best in the game — Champ Bailey.
Had the opportunity to learn a few things from Champ today just by speaking with him on the field...
Broncos’ Brock Osweiler victim of unfair stereotype
Who says that a tall quarterback can’t be successful in the NFL? It seems to go against logic that having height like the Denver Broncos’ Brock Osweiler would be a detriment to his success as a quarterback. Osweiler is 6’7” which makes it much easier for him to see over the defense compared to the average quarterback who normally stands about 6’2”. On top of that, he...
Willis McGahee and Ronnie Hillman are 1 and 2 on Broncos’ depth chart
Willis McGahee had a bounce back in 2011 at the age of 30, taking advantage of Knowshon Moreno’s injury and rushing for 1199 yards and 4 touchdowns on 249 carries. However, given McGahee’s age and Moreno’s inability to stay healthy, the Broncos used a 3rd round draft pick on a running back, Ronnie Hillman. It [...]
Brandon Flowers "not too worried about Peyton Manning"
Anyone who has ever played a sport knows that you must have confidence. Sometimes one can be too confident in his/her or their teams ability. So do you think Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Brandon Flowers is overconfident by thinking that the Chiefs will win the AFC West and that Peyton Manning is nothing to worry about? Maybe. That'll all get played out on the field.

With the addition of quarterback Peyton Manning to the Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Brandon Flowers has made it clear that they’re not worried about facing off against Manning twice a year in the AFC West.
“We’ve got the mindset we’re going to win the AFC West,” Flowers said. “Peyton Manning, he’s a quarterback that everyone wants to have...
Elway couldn't pass on Manning's heir apparent
John Elway says he had to ''sacrifice the short term for the long term'' when he used a second-round pick on Arizona State quarterback Brock Osweiler rather than drafting a player who could help Peyton Manning right away.
The boss of the Denver Broncos was joined by coach John Fox in an hour-long conference call with 6,000 season ticket holders Tuesday.

Chiefs CB Brandon Flowers Not Too Worried About Peyton Manning And Broncos
Ever since Peyton Manning joined the Denver Broncos, the rest of the AFC West has been mentioned as an afterthought by many onlookers. After all, if last year's 8-8 squad won the division and a playoff game without Manning, it should only improve with the four-time MVP under center. Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Brandon Flowers isn't ready to concede anything to anyone -...
Luck should look to Eli
NFL Soup makes a great point: no one knows more about emerging from Peyton's shadow that little brother and two-time champ Eli Manning.
First love and history aside, Andrew Luck’s best bet to successfully follow the Peyton-era is to take a few pointers from Eli Manning. No one knows the cool shadow that Peyton casts better than Eli. No one has endured the comparisons more...
AFC West Fantasy Rankings
In as little as two months, sports geeks around the country will begin to assemble for the annual ritual that has become the sports equivalent of Dungeons and Dragons: The Fantasy Football Draft. Some people like to stick with what they know, drafting a bunch of guys from their team or division. Others, like me, [...]

One of the trademarks of this here average at best blog is that I tend to wait a few days and then attack a story that has already been beaten to a bloody pulp. That kind of quality “journalism” is never going to stop which is why I would like to spend today talking about Peyton Manning being traded to Denver. Just kidding, of course, let’s go back to that story about the Naptown...
