According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins are looking to trade out of the 12th overall pick. After a blistering free agency period, the team now is looking to add depth to the multiple free agent additions to their team. GM Jeff Ireland spent feverishly, but made sound salary cap moves in 2013 that allows him to try to compile as many draft picks as possible to improve the team. Ireland like so many teams is trying to trade down in what is touted as a ‘second round’ draft. Also the team has been targeting Kansas City Chiefs right tackle Branden Albert and could trade for him with a possible second round pick and would facilitate the move down while gaining a top shelf tackle. Marc Sessler of NFL.com writes: ‘That's hardly a unique stance in this deep draft, according to a piece from NFL.com's Albert Breer. Everyone is looking to move. ESPN, meanwhile, reported Tuesday that no less than five teams -- the Philadlephia Eagles, Detroit Lions, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and Dolphins -- have made calls about trading down in the first round.’
