The hire was announced Wednesday along with a number of other changes to Sparano's staff as the Miami looks to bounce back from its second straight losing season.
Karl Dorrell, who had been the team's wide receivers coach for the last three seasons after spending five years as head coach at UCLA, takes over at quarterbacks coach for the departed David Lee. Steve Bush, the team's offensive quality control coach from 2008-10, is now the wide receivers coach. Darren Rizzi, who took over the special teams after John Bonamego was fired following the Dolphins' Week 4 loss at home to New England, was officially promoted to special teams coordinator and Dave Fipp was hired as assistant...
