The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled out quarterback Michael Vick, running back LeSean McCoy, safety Kurt Coleman and defensive tackle Mike Patterson for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Eagles coach Andy Reid announced on Monday that rookie quarterback Nick Foles will remain the starter for the rest of the season. Rookie running back Bryce Brown will make his third straight start in place of McCoy. The Kansas State product has carried the ball 75 times for 488 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games this season.
