The Eagles have ruled out King Dunlap, which leaves Demetress Bell as the starting left tackle opposite Todd Herremans. Weak side linebacker Akeem Jordan will not play on Sunday night. Third-year linebacker Jamar Chaney will start in place of Jordan.
