The afternoon after their preseason win over the Browns, the Eagles announced that four players have been placed on waivers.
Waived on Friday were running back Derrick Locke, wide receiver Terrance Turner, defensive tackle Marlon Favorite and linebacker Brandon Peguese.
Locke and Peguese appeared in the Eagles’ preseason opener but have not played in the last two games, while Turner has yet to appear this preseason. The well-traveled Favorite, who picked up a Super Bowl ring as a member of the Saints’ practice squad in 2009, has seven tackles and a pass defensed in three games.
