PLAYERS: Andy Reid
TEAMS: Philadelphia Eagles
Just like the story of Rocky Balboa that was based in Philadelphia, go for it. Go ahead, rid yourself of Andy Reid. He’s a bum anyways right? Let me ask you this Philadelphia Eagles fans, who are you going to replace him with? Is there someone out there in the NFL ranks that has accomplished what Reid has? Because if there is please, go ahead. For the Eagles fans to turn on Andy Reid is absurd. Reid has held the Philadelphia Eagles head coach position since 1999 and is the longest tenured coach currently in the NFL. He has led the Eagles to five NFC Championship Games, including four consecutive appearances from 2001-2004 and to Super Bowl XXXIV in 2004.… Read more

  • No Super bowl Championship banners. They have been in a down hill spiral for half a decade. Its time for him to go. He doesnt adjust or change and he has lost this team. He needs a new opportunity and so do the eagles and their fans.
  • We'd like to rid ourselves of you too,Dumbazz. Tom Coughlin has done more than Reid. Won two Superbowls. All Andy's done lately is eat and deficate and grow a mustach.
  • Tom Coughlin has won two Super Bowls. Is that more than Reid? He works right up the road. His teams play better, draft better and hire coaches better. You're welcome to leave town with Andy. Is there a penalty for talking like a fool? Throw that flag at you.
I'd rather be the worst drug addict than a fool. They have clinics for drug addicts.
  • All I want for Christmas is for

Laurie ride out of town with "Andy the red nose cow!
"And don't forget to take VICK ZEN with you!

Please also get rid of the "BOWLES of Holly!

Do not forget to hang the stockings at least a "Wide 9 across!

Do not forget to clean up your MUD also!

We also need some April showlers to go away also!

Oh what the heck! Clean house it needs it!

    Merry Christmas EAGLES FANS!
  • Apparently Lurie is a rare CEO who is willing to accept his coaches' weekly admissions of doing a poor job in preparing his team to play. As a now retired manager who worked in corporate America, if I told my boss that I didn't complete a required task because I didn't do a good enough job instructing or preparing my staff. I might get away with it once, but definitely not twice. At this point, I think Lurie has definitely seen the need for a complete house cleaning of the entire coaching staff. Chances are good that if the Eagles play like this against Dallas and/or the Giants, it could be sooner rather than later. He did not look very happy in N.O.
  • Arthur Spooner, of course. His impeccable record will allow him to move into Reid's position to instill a professional look both figuretively and literally. It's fairly simple. He will most certainly provide a superbowl birth for the birds. He is everything Reid is not..articulate, immaculate, well read and able to carry on a meaningful post game show interview complete w/ aplomb and majesty, not the inane and unappealing rhetoric Reid aspires to. Mr Lurie appears to be content w/ his financial situation w/ little disregard for anything else. Wake up, hire Spooner. Allow him to assess and move on w/ a positive action plan.
  • How often do you have to hear that the team sucks because the head coach isn't doing his job before you finally "get it"! If the present is any indicater of the future, the Eagles need a new coaching staff and a better idea of who to draft.
  • The Eagles are ALWAYS over rated. Last year they were suppose to be team great and this year they were loaded!!! They couldn't beat their m--t!!! Low class along with the coach. Have some class like the great Steelers and you might start winning!! But I doubt it. All these so called "GREAT" players who turn out to suck!!!
  • PA State Police Found A Man Dead .....

... Along the bank of the Schuylkill River near Philadelphia. The dead man's name will not be released until his family had been notified. The victim apparently drowned due to excessive beer consumption while attending an Eagles game. He was wearing a Philadelphia Eagles T-Shirt, black fishnet stockings, 4 inch spiked heels, red garter belt, pink G-string, purple lipstick, dazzle dust on his eyelids, 1/2 inch false eyelashes, The coroners office was called and and the body was taken to the morgue where the Eagles T-shirt was removed to spare his family any unnecessary embarrassment
  • I would imagine you eagle fans are also fed up with not being able to get a full box of Dunkin Donuts anywhere around the stadium because of Reid. That's gotta wear on a fan base after awhile.
  • Looks like Mike Holmgren is house shopping in Philly.
  • You have no clue try another sport!

Andy Reid Used To Be a Man With a Plan

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid used to be the man with a plan.  That was his reputation from the day he interviewed with Jeff Lurie and Joe Banner about the Eagles’ vacant head coaching position in 1999. Reid was a relative unknown at the time because he was just a quarterbacks coach in Green Bay.  However, Lurie and Banner noted how impressive he was during the interview...

The 2012 Philadelphia Eagles Would Be 0-8 If Not For 3 Lucky Breaks

Just how bad are the 2012 Philadelphia Eagles?  If not for a key lucky break in each of their three wins, Andy Reid’s team would be 0-8 right now. Just a mere two weeks ago, I posted an article titled 10 Reasons to Remain Optimistic About the Philadelphia Eagles’ 2012 Season.  The Eagles were 3-3 at the time and my thought pattern was that you could see the Eagles’ record...

19 Best NSFW ‘Fire Andy Reid’s Fat Ass’ F-Bomb Tweets

Andy Reid is fat and his son was a junkie. That’s pretty much the gist of these tweets from angry Eagles bros after last night’s 28-13 loss to the Saints. It was a pretty ugly game from the start so you know frustrations were running high from Philly fans. After Vick’s fifth or sixth sack it got really bad. @jojobasedraichu dropped this gem: “If I catch that f*ck ***** Andy...

Andy Reid’s Days Are Numbered In Philly

A long time ago, Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie should have parted ways with embattled coach Andy Reid. A long time ago, the Eagles should have moved in another direction for the betterment of their team. The level of tension and criticism, which coaches and pro athletes commonly tolerates on the east coast, is anything but respectful and kind to Mr. Reid. That might be east coast bias...

Eagles in four-game skid, as season slips away

Coach Andy Reid says he still believes the Philadelphia Eagles can turn their season around. The Eagles (3-5) have given him little reason to truly think that, though. They were sloppy and battered in a 28-13 loss to New Orleans on Monday night. They failed to score a touchdown in five trips inside the red zone and Michael Vick was sacked seven times. Reid says the Eagles are only...

Eagles Head Coach Reid Used to Have a Plan

From Day 1, Andy Reid's reputation has been as a man with a plan.  He was the guy in control and knew what to do for any situation that arose. Reid was a relative unknown at the time he was hired in 1999 because he was just a quarterbacks coach in Green Bay.  However, Jeff Lurie and Joe Banner noted how impressive he was during the interview process because of how organized...

Eagles taking big hits from national and local media...

"Hit 'em when they're up, hit 'em when they're down..." That old song "Dirty Laundry" could easily apply to the media blast the Eagles organization is currently getting. Suddenly every radio show host and female sideline reporter is a football expert. They know what's wrong with the Eagles...and they know how to fix it---"fire the Reid...

Andy Reid & Michael Vick: Off With Their Heads

Rex Ryan Voted The Most Overrated Head Coach In The NFL

To no one’s surprise (except maybe Andy Reid’s), New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan was named the most overrated head coach in the NFL.  The Sporting News conducted a mid-season survey of 103 current NFL players from 27 teams and Rex topped the list. The rest of the list breaks down as follows: Rex Ryan, Jets (35 votes) Bill Belichick, Patriots (16 votes) Andy Reid, Eagles (9...
