Saginaw native and former Detroit Lion Charles Rogers was pulled over early Saturday morning in Saginaw with an open alcohol container in his vehicle, according to a WNEM report. He was released on site, according to the report, which also states that the police are seeking warrants. The traffic stop marks Rogers' third alcohol-related incident. In September, 2009, he pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, after he was found passed out in his car in Novi. Last January, Rogers was arrested after passing out at a restaurant in Novi, and was sentenced to 93 days in jail.
