Ex-Saint Running Back Deuce McAllister (Source: usatoday.com) It has been 10 years since the New Orleans Saints drafted running back Deuce McAllister out of the University of Mississippi  with the twenty-third pick in the first round, and he’s still making headlines today with his charity work. It has also been more than two years since Deuce McAllister has even played football, but the Saints career touchdown leader is still scoring big in the Gulf south region.   McAllister runs the “Catch 22 Foundation,” which is dedicated to enhancing the lives of youth in the region.   The organizations primary focus has always been helping kids anyway they can.
