Atlanta Falcons cornerback Asante Samuel left in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals with a right shoulder injury. The Falcons announced his return is questionable. Samuel hurt himself making a hit on Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald on a John Skelton pass that fell incomplete. Samuel was led to the locker room after being examined on the sideline.
