The Falcons wrap up the first quarter of the season with a win on the west coast against the Seattle Seahawks, evening their record to a humble 2-2. It wasn’t the start that we had all hoped or expected, but considering the competition faced (all teams with wining records last year and 3 of 4 were playoff teams), the fact that 3 of the 4 games were on the road, and some major o-line issues, it was an over all decent start to the season. If the Falcons can clean up a few more things it’s going to be another 10+ win season.OFFENSIVE RECAPThey came out very strong and very fast on offense with a vintage Falcons 12 play drive, that took close to 8 minutes, had no negative yardage plays, and ended in a touchdown pass to Tony Gonzalez(4th on the year).
