The 2013 fantasy football waiver wire continues to slim down as the playoffs near. So, it’s obviously much more difficult to find a legitimate replacement when needing a bye-week filler or want to try and upgrade at a specific position. The good news is that talent does remain, along with recent production to back it up. The downside is actually sifting through the rubble and landing those diamonds. Ahead are some spots to help you down the stretch in the hopes of reaching fantasy football’s second season.   Case Keenum: QB, Houston Texans Houston has a quarterback in Case Keenum. And should you need a second starting signal-caller, a backup or are desperate to find another starter, allow Keenum to have an opportunity. Despite his limited experience and playing time this season, not to mention being a rookie, Keenum has impressed thus far with four touchdowns to zero interceptions and 621 yards in two games.
