Photo Credit: Ron Schwane of USA TODAY Sports Week 1 of the NFL season is almost completely behind us, which means fantasy football is in full swing. It’s time to take a look at guys you must add for Week 2 to keep your season rolling. Here are three guys you have to add off the fantasy football waiver wire for Week 2. Davone Bess: WR, Cleveland Browns Brandon Weeden targeted Davone Bess 10 times in Week 1′s loss versus the Miami Dolphins. Bess caught five for 47 yards, which was second on the Cleveland Browns that game. Although those numbers won’t wow anyone, Bess was also put in tough positions as Weeden struggled with his accuracy. At the same time, Miami has an improved pass rush and secondary. The AFC North isn’t the dominant division for defense it was in recent years, so having Bess for backup depth will help when needing points: And he’ll be key in PPR leagues.   Jackie Battle: RB, Titans Jackie Battle may not be the No. 1 back for the Tennessee Titans, but he proved his reliability in Week 1. He got eight carries on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and only gained 21 yards but scored Tennessee’s lone touchdown. He proved to be dependable with the Kansas City Chiefs and San Diego Chargers earlier in his career, which is now paying dividends for the Titans. Expect him to remain as Tennessee’s red zone bruiser and that makes him a viable option as a No. 2 back/flex player when needing a filler during a bye week.   Ed Dickson: TE, Ravens Despite more targets having gone to fellow tight end Dallas Clark in Thursday’s bout against the Denver Broncos, Ed Dickson has fantasy football appeal. For one, Joe Flacco has to continue spreading the field for solid ball movement and the Baltimore Ravens have to remain balanced. Secondly, Dickson won’t ever face double coverage in Baltimore’s offense. With Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones drawing attention, Dickson at worst will get a bracketed zone between the linebacker and safety. Factor in the threat of Ray Rice, which adds the potential of play-action, and Dickson can also get open on delayed releases and when dragging against the grain. Right now he’s a solid pickup.   Follow John on Twitter @Rozum27 The post Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Key Players to Add For Week 2 appeared first on Midwest Sports Fans.
