Current free agent tight end Jermichael Finley is taking the neccessary steps closer to returning as he's scheduled to see doctors again to examine his neck on Wednesday, according to USA TODAY Sports' Tom Pelissero. Finley suffered the was thought to be a career-ending spinal contusion last season against the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 20th. As a result, he had his C-3 and C-4 vertebrae fused. The latest test results will be sent to all teams in the league, including the Green Bay Packers, who haven't ruled out him returning. A patient Finley has been working out and hoping to get a clean bill of heatlh before training camp. "As long as I wait, you know and I know, guys are going to go down and the money's going to shoot up," Finley said. "It's all a waiting game right now."
