  • I think this kid is Trent Cole 2.0. The Eagles are always thinking ahead, and if Cole wants a huge contract (because he deserves one) and Smith becomes a viable replacement, we could see Cole leave via FA just like the birds did with Derick Burgess. Not to put a damper on things, but hopefully I'm wrong and they learned from their Burgess mistake.
