SAGINAW, Mich. April 6—The downfall of former Detroit Lions WR Charles Rogers continues to play itself out. The 30-year-old Rogers appeared in court yesterday and was arraigned on five misdemeanors from two separate incidents. Rogers is charged with marijuana possession, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license in one case that dates back to December. In another situation, he’s being charged with making a malicious phone call and conspiring to commit that crime March 5 and March 6.
