Buccaneers receiver Steve Smith has retired from the National Football League.Fantasy Spin:The 28-year-old signed with Tampa Bay this offseason. The former USC Trojan had 107 receptions and 1,220 yards in 2009 with the New York Giants but suffered a major knee injury the following season and has caught just 25 passes in 18 games over the last two seasons.
