AFC East Daily:
BY DAN BEGNOCHEAfter a disappointing result in a highly-anticipated home opener, the Buffalo Bills look to turn things around before taking on another divisional opponent on the road. To do that, however, they're going to have to get through a Carolina Panthers team looking to make up for a slow start of their own.Rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel had a solid outing in his first start, completing 66 percent of his passes with a pair of touchdowns. More impressive was the fact that he avoided any interceptions against a defense that was plus-25 in the takeaway department last season. Carolina's defensive secondary is less daunting, which Manuel and offensive coordinator Nate Hackett may exploit given the ability of the Panthers' run defense. The Panthers are likely thinking the same thing about the Bills' banged-up secondary. (Photo: Mark Runyon | Pro Football Schedules)FOUR FOCAL POINTS FOR WEEK 2:Better play from C.J. Manuel had a solid game against the Panthers, and led the Bills on an 80 yard drive with 1:36 left in the game. Manuel capped his day off by throwing the game winning touchdown to Stevie Johnson.

The Buffalo Bills rebounded from a heartbreaking loss to the New England Patriots with a comeback of their own against the Carolina Panthers.

BY DAN BEGNOCHEThe Buffalo Bills have asked a lot of rookie E.J. Manuel in his very brief NFL career. The thing is, it doesn't seem like it's phasing the 23-year-old much at all.A week after avoiding any turnovers and nearly eeking out a victory against last year's divisional champs, Manuel orchestrated an 80-yard, game-winning drive with less than two minutes to go in...
BY SEAN DONOVANDespite the fact that they lost, the Buffalo Bills were counted among the teams that pleasantly surprised Week 1. They stood toe-to-toe with divisional juggernaut New England, carrying a lead late in the fourth quarter before losing on a field goal in the closing seconds. The Bills got resilient performances on both sides of the ball, but perhaps the most impressive...

Whoa. I just woke up from a 4-hour nap, still slightly buzzed, and I don't have any idea where my glasses are. I think I may have lost them in the fracas of the Bills stunning win. I also happened to win Bills/Ravens tickets somehow while going to McFaddens to #supportsally. Seriously, life is good right about now.
As for today's game, there was some sort of peaceful...
