Via Denver Broncos
- The upside of a bionic neck appears to be the ability to fly from one side of the planet to the other without much bother. It is still too early for fans to hear the mention of the Denver Broncos and their secondary without receiving a seething response. A simple mention of Denver’s cornerbacks or safeties opens up a AFC Division Playoff loss wound that has just started healing.

John Elway and the Denver Broncos did the right thing using the franchise tag on Ryan Clady. There is no one on the Broncos team that is more important than Clady who protects Manning’s blind side. The last thing the Broncos wanted to see was Clady leave in free agency. They know the guy is vital in keeping Manning on his feet, if Manning were to take too many hits from his blind...

Typically, when players want to do something as bold as tell the world their team is going to win the next Super Bowl, they do it in a way calculated to get the most immediate exposure. For example, last year the Panthers Ryan Kalil took out a full-page newspaper ad to proclaim the Panthers would soon be champs.
