Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson left yesterday’s game against the Jets during the second quarter yesterday with an apparent knee injury. It has now been revealed that he will be out 3-4 weeks after his MRI earlier today. The injury is to his lateral collateral ligament. It is unknown yet if the ligament is torn or just sprained. Luckily for the Bills, C.J. Spiller filled in nicely with 169 rushing yards yesterday.
