Free Agent QBs the Patriots Should Go After to Back Up Tom Brady

The first game of the 2008 Patriots season told us Pats fans something: Tom Brady isn't invincible. Yet, apparently Bill Belichick thinks he is, as evidenced by the second-string quarter back Kevin O'Connell. O'Connell is 24, has thrown six career passes, and his longest pass was 12 yards. O'Connell's backup? Rookie Brian Hoyer. The Pats' QB situation would certainly be confusing if Brady goes down with another injury.
