Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News believes that the Giants could have interest in Notre Dame LB Manti Te’o. Vacchiano writes that the Giants “haven’t been shy about drafting or signing players with character ‘red flags’ in the past” and “they believe they have a strong enough system, coach and veterans in the room to handle any players with ‘issues’“. Defensive end Justin Tuck weighed in on the possibility of Te’o being drafted by the Giants. “I think he’d do well (with the Giants),” Tuck stated. “I think whoever drafts Manti is going to get a great player.“ Even GM Jerry Reese sounded supportive when asked about the character concerns that have surrounded Te’o throughout the draft process. “I think there’s people with a lot more issues than this,” GM Jerry Reese said when asked about Te’o's character questions. New York could use some help at middle linebacker and Te’o could be seen as a decent value at that point in the draft given that the Bears and Vikings are believed to have at least some interest in him and are selecting just a few picks later. We have Te’o going to the Vikings at No. 23 overall in our recently updated 2013 NFL Mock Draft.   The post Giants A Possible Landing Spot For LB Manti Te’o? appeared first on NFL Trade Rumors -.
