  The New York Giants officially announced the signings of K Josh Brown and S Stevie Brown on Wednesday. They also made the announcement that LB Marcus Dowtin has been released. He signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent out of North Alabama back in 2012. Dowtin, 25, appeared in three games for the Giants in 2013 and totaled 8 tackles while largely contributing on special teams.
