New York Giants safety Will Hill will once again be serving a four game suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, according to Adam Caplan. This marks the second such suspension in less than a year. Giants S Will Hill has been suspended 4 games for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse, the NFL announced. — Adam Caplan (@caplannfl) July 20, 2013 After missing the first four games of the regular season, Hill will be eligible to return to action September 29 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The suspension does not apply to preseason games, meaning Hill will be able to participate in training camp practices as well as games. Hill was first suspended by the league last October for Adderall use. Hill entered the league after a year in the Arena Football League. In twelve games last year, Hill recorded 38 tackles, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Hill has never been a major piece of the Giants' puzzle to win another championship, and with another suspension pending, don't be surprised if the Giants cut Hill lose in the next few days. [follow]
