Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson has made numerous attempts to lure big-name wideouts from free agency to Buffalo. If it at first you don’t succeed … ask a friend for help. Johnson’s newest target is receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, who recently became available after his release from the Oakland Raiders. Wednesday, Johnson called on ESPN reporter Josina Anderson for some assistance in landing the electric receiver, an addition that would certainly bolster the team’s depleted depth chart.“Tell DHB come be a Bill," Johnson said to Anderson, according to her Twitter page. "He was stepping into that role of playmaker for his team. With me opposite him the game will be simplified a ton so he can ball out. "Not that I think he needs that receiver opposite him anymore, but given the situation I think it'll benefit us all." Heyward-Bey would certainly fit the mold for what the Bills are looking for in a perimeter receiver, as he amassed more than 1,500 yards ...
