The Chicago Bears announced Saturday that Jon Hoke will return as the team's defensive backs coach and Mike Phair will be back as defensive line coach. Gill Byrd will not return as a defensive backs assistant. The moves come a day after the team reached agreement with quarterbacks coach Matt Cavanaugh, running backs coach Skip Peete, tight ends coach Andy Bischoff and assistant defensive line coach Michael Sinclair. Chicago also reportedly hired Mel Tucker as defensive coordinator on Friday.
