The Rams didn't cause too much of a problem for the Patriots on Sunday, but the same can't be said for Hurricane Sandy. As the big storm slams into the northeast region of the United States, the Patriots are stuck across the pond, apparently unable to leave London due to the inclement weather, according to WHDH-TV in Boston. Fortunately for Bill Belichick's bunch, they're going into a bye week, so the delay will do little to hinder their usual game preparation. Patriots are stuck at London's Heathrow airport. Can't get back! #7news #sandy — Anne Allred (@aallredon7) October 29, 2012 In fact, getting "stuck" in London might not be a bad thing. Not only will they not have to deal with the gross New England weather for a few, but it means they'll have more time to see what London has to offer. It's unclear if any players will consider staying in London a little bit longer or if they'll just wait things out at the airp...

Patriots enter bye week ready to make their move

The scoreboard read 45-7, a thorough drubbing of the St. Louis Rams in merry ole England that put the Patriots at 5-3 going into the bye. One thing is clear, the Patriots can run the ball and have a stable of backs that can get it done. The newest wrinkle is Shane Vereen, a fluid runner with great cutback ability. Vereen started the game despite Stevan Ridley...

Rob Gronkowski Says Spike at Wembley Stadium Was Inspired by 'The Little Nutcracker Dude'

When Rob Gronkowski punctuated his first touchdown in the Patriots' victory over the Rams in London on Sunday with a trademark spike, everyone assumed he was paying homage to the local guards at Buckingham Palace. He was -- we think. When asked later about the marching steps that preceded his spike, Gronkowski gave an explanation that shed some light on his...

The Patriots not only won, they rolled. They played their most complete game of the...
