Before the 2012 season began a lot of the offseason hype centered around two rookie quarterbacks, Robert Griffin III and Andrew Luck. Both quarterbacks lived up to the hype. They led their teams to the postseason, breaking all types of records on the way.RG3 and the Redskins won the NFC East while Luck and the Colts amassed an 11-5 record and made the playoffs.Luck looked like a natural on the field at times and is going to have a successful career. However, he did have his struggles like any rookie quarterback. So what can he do to improve his 2012 numbers? ACCURACYLuck was pretty accurate for most of the season. His completion rate was around 54 percent, which is pretty good for a first-year quarterback. He was impressive on the road, completing 53 percent of his throws - at home he was almost identical, completing around 55 percent.A lot of his throws were shorter throws. Around 58 percent of his completions were 10 yards and under. So, the fact that his completion percentage wasn...

With Free Agency winding down, the Indianapolis Colts now turn their attention to the 2013 NFL Draft.
The Colts have preety much addressed or at least added depth to every position of need through free agency. With the most recent signing of WR Darrius Heyward-Bey, GM Ryan Grigson has added a total of 10 free agents. For any Colts fan, that’s about 10 more than they’ve added...

I like this move by the Colts. It can’t hurt to bring in another weapon for Andrew Luck.

Jim Irsay has been talking this offseason, albeit in a code only Irsay fans would appreciate, about bringing in a “whopper” signing of a wide receiver. Many had speculated that it would be Victor Cruz, but just yesterday, we learned that it was someone better…or, someone who was at least drafted higher. Darrius Heyward-Bey, the former #7 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft,...
The Indianapolis Colts were a fantasy wasteland in 2011, and the departure of Peyton Manning heading into the 2012 season left many questioning the organization’s ability to stay competitive during a rebuilding process. The fallout didn’t last long though, because the impact and capabilities of a rookie class may have never been exemplified greater than what the Colts were...

Former Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey has agreed to a one-year deal with Indianapolis.Fantasy Spin:Don't get too excited. Sure, Heyward-Bey can help Andrew Luck stretch the field with his big play ability but he's third on the depth chart behind Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton.
A decent deep threat for Andrew Luck, you can never have enough weapons for a young QB.

The quarterbacks in the 2012 class (minus Colin Kaepernick he was 2011) have set the bar very high for fantasy quarterback production moving forward. The expectations of this class will be difficult to match. Fantasy owners should not buy into the idea that all rookie quarterbacks are created equal. When looking at the 2012 class Tannehill‘s numbers are considered better than...
