This is the final installment of our series previewing the Indianapolis Colts season. To see the other parts click on the links at the bottom here. It’s pretty hard to forecast the Coltss season a couple weeks before the year even kicks off. Schedule strength doesn’t matter as much in the NFL a it does in college football.
The NFL has much more parity, and a much longer season. What matters is health. If your guys are healthy and if your opponent’s are not. When you catch a certain team is just as important as if you play them or not.
So let’s look at the Colts schedule.
Obviously, the two games against the Houston Texans are the most important before the Colts, but don’t overlook the Tennessee Titans. Especially the November 14th game on Thursday night. And of course, the game that is CIRCLED on the schedule for everyone is October 20th. The Indianapolis Colts welcome Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos to the “House that Peyton Manning built.”
The Indianapolis Colts also have t...

Peyton Manning was definitely in recovery mode for most of 2012 and is showed when he tried to go deep or outside the numbers. He showed improvement throughout the season and by the end of the year it was looking almost ‘Peyton-like’.
“I think I’ve made some progress, definitely since last year at this time, and also since last season,” Manning said
With another year...
Andrew Luck is going to be an All-World quarterback any year now. He’s Peyton Manning II. He gets check-pluses in accuracy, arm strength, headiness, mobility, preparation. Prior to Sunday night’s game against the Giants, Luck put his accuracy on display when he found ESPN sideline reporter Pam Oliver open along the sidelines…
Peyton Manning never truly had the success he wanted at the University of Tennessee.
Manning finally won a SEC title as a senior, but eventually lost to Nebraska and Tom Osborne during the 1998 Orange Bowl. The question remains though, what would have happened had Manning been able to play with an elite wide receiver.
Manning recently told Fox Sports that he tried to get one of the...
Several Denver Broncos are dealing with injuries that happened during preseason games, including Champ Bailey and Wes Welker.
The Denver Broncos probably should have beat the Ravens last year and could have had a shot at getting to the Super Bowl, but this is a new year and they are looking to make another run with Peyton Manning who is getting up in age at 37 years old. His time is running out and they are going all in. They went out and go him a running back in the draft and picked up Wes Welker in...
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Butch Jones has been at Tennessee long enough to realize the importance of paying attention when Peyton Manning has something to say.The first-year coach said a conversation with the Denver Broncos quarterback and former Tennessee star gave him the idea to make one training-camp practice open to the public. Tennessee held that open practice Saturday at Neyland...

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller will serve a six-game suspension under the NFL’s Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse. Miller’s suspension, without pay, will begin Aug. 31, the day after the Broncos’ final preseason game. He will be eligible to return for Denver’s seventh game on Oct. 20 at Indianapolis Colts. Miller released a statement: “The Substances of
The NFL season is almost underway, and that of course has kicked off preseason speculation of all kinds. Will Peyton Manning’s new receiving corps be unstoppable? Will Percy Harvin push the Seahawks over the edge? Will Colin Kaepernick be able to provide an encore for his stellar 2013 debut? These are just a few of the questions being asked everywhere from Yahoo! Sports to your...
The Denver Broncos season fell short last season when Jacoby Jones ran pass Rahim Moore to catch a long bomb from Joe Flacco with 0:31 seconds left in the game. Unfortunately for the Broncos they didn’t have enough time left on the clock to make a last second comeback in the Divisional Round of the 2013 playoffs. That play alone left a very dirty taste inside the Denver Broncos...
It’s not too often that you get the kind of opportunity in the preseason that the Seattle Seahawks have this week. Matched up against the Denver Broncos, the Hawks will be taking on a team who they very well could see in this year’s Super Bowl (really not trying to get ahead of ourselves, however).
Not only that, but they’ll also be able to see Peyton Manning...
Great news, tweeps! #BuildABeard is back. And it has already delivered.
On Tuesday morning, FOX Sports 1 show "Crowd Goes Wild" got the ball rolling with this tweet:

Last Saturday, the Seattle Seahawks beat the Denver Broncos 40-10 in their second preseason game. Watching them makes this fan excited about regular season play! There’s still much to improve on. For example, there were way too many penalties – six for 65 yards in the first half alone. But for the Hawks first preseason game at home, it was filled with energy from the players...
