After seeing the ridiculous amounts of Redskins falling by the wayside this past Sunday against the Titans, I wondered 'Why us?'. Perhaps karma finally caught up to the Redskins for knocking out an equally ridiculous amount of the opposing team's star players. Or perhaps the Redskins were tired from the short week after a collosal butt whooping on national tv. Or maybe, just maybe, the football gods finally stepped in and let the Redskins know what we've all known all along: Relying on older, more veteran players doesn't work during the second half of the season.Time to get younger. At least, that's what I hope the football gods said.
