After eight games, the Green Bay Packers find themselves with an 8-0 record, is a perfect 16-0 record within reach for the Packers? The way the Packers offense is rolling right now, it would seem that a perfect season for the Green Bay Packers is attainable. QB Aaron Rodgers is playing his position at a level I’ve never seen, and I’ve some of the NFL’s greatest play, but there are some weaknesses on this team.
Aaron Rodgers is on a record setting pace this season. He has 24 touchdowns and has only thrown three interceptions. Against the San Diego Chargers yesterday, Rodgers turned in one of the best performances I have ever seen from a quarterback. At one point, he had more touchdowns than incompletions. He finished the afternoon completing nearly 81% of his passes and four touchdowns. Rodgers completed some unbelievable throws, placing the ball perfectly for his receivers. Some completions appeared there wasn’t enough room between the receiver and the defender to swipe...

How long can the Green Bay Packers keep this up?
Everybody likes to say that defense wins championships. The Green Bay Packers are trying to prove that theory wrong this season.
The Green Bay Packers continue to give up large chunks of yards to opponents, most notably through the air but yet they continue to find a way to win.
The Packers currently rank second last in the league in passing yards given up per game at just under...
Week 10 Packers Stock Report: Rodgers, Bishop and a Deer Hunting Dilemma
Last weekend was the opening of deer hunting season and I had a dilemma: Do I skip the Packers vs. Chargers game to maximize my chances to bagging the 30-point buck, or do I leave the deer stand early to watch the game? I chose to watch the game (there’s always next weekend to chase the 30-pointer) and I was pleased with my decision.
What a game.
Also, by watching the game, I...
Can Anyone Beat Rodgers and the Packers?
Power rankings. You hate them. They’re so arbitrary and pointless, especially when they include all 32 NFL teams. All you want to know after a good week of NFL action is who the bestest team in the NFL right now, and which one is the absolute barrel-scraping worst. The one so terrible, it's probably responsible for Penn State's PR department. That’s why we have TOP...
This Week’s Sign Of The A-Pack-alypse: Aaron Rodgers Is Better Than Brett Favre Ever Was
Checkmate, Brett. CHECK. MATE.
Sorry Aaron. I hate to keep doing this to you and bringing the guy up, but once I get this out of my system you will never hear about him from me again. I promise. Unless of course he does something else stupid and deserves to be subject to scorn and ridicule. Then it’s fair ball.
It’s official. Polls are closed and the results are clear.

Rodgers, Revis, Cam head our NFL midseason awards
Rosenthal: We’ve reached the midway point of the season. Some things have gone according to plan. Some teams have surprised us. Other teams have made us question whether we even like watching football. To make sense of it all, it’s time for our annual midseason lists, awards, and lists of awards.
Green Bay Packers Theme Song
The 7-0 Green Bay Packers are on a roll. What better way to celebrate being ranked #1 in NFL power ranking polls then to make a theme song. This theme song should get you amped for the Sunday morning games. At :34 mark of the track, Aaron Rodgers’ twin brother makes his rapping debut. The
Packers 45, Chargers 38: Aaron Rodgers leads Green Bay
SAN DIEGO — Aaron Rodgers was at his best, throwing lasers where only his receivers could catch them and finding four different teammates in the end zone. Yes, Rodgers had a lot to do with the Green Bay Packers remaining undefeated with a crazy 45-38 win over the staggering San Diego Chargers on Sunday...
Rodgers leads parade of midseason awards
I'm one of the 50 voters for the Associated Press NFL postseason awards. It's an honor and a privilege I take seriously. I think it is important to remember all 16 games when voting at the end of a season.
Here are my choices for the NFL awards at the midway point of the season, SCHEIN 9 style.

Packers let blowout turn into a close call, again
Five Takeaways from Green Bay's 45-38 win over the Chargers:
1. Another win, but another close call
A 21-point lead with 10 minutes left in the game should not need to be won with a final-minute defensive stop, but that was the case for the Packers in San Diego. Aaron Rodgers threw his fourth touchdown of the game to take a 45-24 lead with 10 minutes to go, and it was all smiles...

A typically superb outing from Aaron Rodgers offset an otherwise mediocre performance from the Packers on Sunday at San Diego. Rodgers and James Starks lifted the team to its best rushing performance of the season.
