With San Diego Chargers running back Ryan Mathews struggling to hold onto the football, Jackie Battle is now listed as the starting running back down in Southern California.
I’m sure the Chargers will give Mathews a chance to earn his starting spot back, but right now Battle is getting the job done.

Ryan Mathews Demoted as Jackie Battle Listed as Starter…
The Chargers may just be doing this to motivate Ryan Mathews. He hasn't been spectacular but he did miss valuable time with a broken collar bone and he's clearly a better RB than Jackie Battle. This boggles the mind a little bit. We aren't in the locker room and there may be more to this but one has to expect that Mathews will emerge as the clear starter at some point...

Looking for a player on the waiver wire to help you win your fantasy football league or even help you get through bye weeks, is a tough task. Ryan Mathews demoted on Chargers depth chart
The San Diego Chargers have moved Jackie Battle ahead of Ryan Mathews on the teams depth chart. The reason according to the Chargers is because Battle started last week.

Hart Breaking
One question. Did you start Brian Hartline against the Cards? Chances are you didn’t. Well, the bad news I don’t Hartline won’t be putting up 245 yds receiving again, but the good news is he may have merged as a viable fantasy threat. Hartline is certainly not a WR1 option, but he could be a solid Flex play going forward. Just don’t expect 200 yards a game...

1) Rob Gronkowski: Gronk! How could he have killed your team? Well he was being touted as a first round pick coming into the season after setting the league on fire last year, but despite having a solid start to the season, he has not been elite in the first quarter of the season.
