ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Jacksonville Jaguars' wide receiver Justin Blackmon will be suspended for the first four games of the 2013 NFL Season.  The reason currently given is "violation of the leagues substance abuse policy".If you remember, Blackmon was arrested last year for a DUI.  Then he felt he wasn't happy with the contract he was offered and so sat out preseason.  For all of those who felt that this was nothing, remember how long it took Blackmon to get acclimated to the Jaguars offense. But that is small considering this is Blackmon's second transgression in his two seasons with the Jaguars. The Jacksonville Jaguars and new GM David Caldwell and new coach Gus Bradley are still in the afterglow of a pretty good NFL Draft.  A draft that included wide receiver Ace Sanders from South Carolina and the emergence last year of Cecil Shorts III, how much patience will the new regime show to Blackmon?Blackmon's contract is reportedly worth ...
