Jaguars DE Austen Lane’s workout routine revolves around tweeting, ‘Call of Duty’

With NFL training camp quickly approaching, players have been doing everything they can to prepare themselves for long practices, sweltering heat and a the start of a new season. For some, that means hitting the gym two or three times a day and adhering to a strict diet. For Jaguars defensive end Austen Lane, it means equal parts working out and tweeting with a protein shake and some “Call of Duty” mixed in. Check out this workout schedule he posted on Twitter Sunday afternoon: There’s nothing wrong with wrapping up a long day with some “Call of Duty,” as long as you don’t propose to your girlfriend in the middle of a game. Considering I’m not seeing any ab pictures, I’m guessing some of this is a joke. Lane does, however, do plenty of tweeting. I wouldn’t be surprised if most of the list is accurate.
