There are two things that remain a constant during training camp at EverBank Field --- Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley continues to fire up his troops with his own intensity and wide receiver Cecil Shorts continues to catch everything thrown in his path. Those two individuals are not the only positive things going on in North Florida, but they might be the most noticeable. While rookies try to make this team, free agents get acclimated to the heat and Blaine Gabbert tries to find his throwing motion, the Jaguars look like a team searching high and low for its identity.Maybe with Bradley and a new coaching staff, the 90 players on the roster can find an identity of a franchise in rebuild and revitalization. There are many great things going on these days, and the fans and local and national media can see it before their eyes. Here are some things we all learned from Day 3 of training camp.* Gabbert looked more accurate. Blaine Gabbert threw a touchdown pass and looked more in control on Sunday, much different from his Saturday perfornance. Gabbert needs a solid camp to win the starting quarterback job from Chad Henne.* Will Rackley is back. And he looks good on the field. The guard from Lehigh missed all of last season with an injury. Rackley will play guard this season and start again after starting 14 games as a room in 2011.* Sunday was an off day for Maurice Jones-Drew, Jason Babin, Roy Miller and Brad Meester. This was a planned free day for these veterans who needed a day off from the field.* Alan Ball continues to impress. He has a knck for finding both the receiver and the ball. Ball intercepted Gabbert on Saturday and looks to have nailed down a starting slot in the secondary.* Mohammed Massaquoi. He has looked good playing with the first unit on offense and figure to be the starter at receiver while Justin Blackmon serves his four-game suspension.* Lonnie Pryor. The undrafted free agent from FSU is trying to make the team as the starting fullback. Pryor is also working on special teams and kick coverage all in hopes of making the franchise.
