When Oakland Raiders Quarterback Jason Campbell BROKE his collarbone 2 weeks ago, during the game against the Cleveland Browns, it basically ENDED his career with the Raiders. This season, he took the Raiders to a 4-2 record, which is the best record they've had since the year they went to Super Bowl XXXVII (37) back in 2003.Campbell told Comcast SportsNet Bay Area that he's a STARTER, and doesn't see himself as a backup for ANY TEAM. After finding out DAYS LATER that the Raiders had thrown him aside, and traded for Carson Palmer, former Cincinnati Bengals QB, Campbell has come to realize that his playing days in Oakland ARE OVER:I'm a starter in this league, definitely. I look around the league and I play at a higher level than most guys. I'm definitely a starter. I'm not ready to accept being (in) a backup role. I've come too far and done too much and I feel like I'm still pressing on and I haven't even got to my best yet.
