It seems that each season that comes about, Jason Campbell gets another shot to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. This time around it is with the Cleveland Browns, according to a report from Mary Kay Cabot at the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Nobody can’t quite put their finger on it, but Campbell seems to entice offensive coordinators. Maybe it was the undefeated season at Auburn his senior year that fools them. After all, it wasn’t as if Campbell was the catalyst on that team, as they had two stud running backs that paced their offensive attack. But nevertheless here we are again, as Campbell enters into another offseason workout program as a possible opening day starter. Campbell has a prototypical QB body. He’s tall, has a strong-arm, and can move around just enough in the pocket to not be considered a statue. I mean, he looks the part. That is until he starts throwing the pigskin around. No team has won with Campbell at QB. Washington really tried with him. He became the starter midway through his rookie season and remained the starter until the 2009 season.
