Packers' impotent pass rush was their undoing

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- It was obvious to anyone watching the games. It might as well have been in boldface in the box scores. It was pointed out repeatedly by the players and coaches: The Green Bay Packers were a very poor pass-rushing team this season, and it affected every aspect of their defense. The drop-off in pass rush from the Packers' Super Bowl-winning 2010 unit to their...

The Bears Beat (01.18.12): Bears interview Giants’ Ross for GM

The Bears on Wednesday interviewed Giants director of college scouting Marc Ross, my preferred candidate of choice at this point, for their vacant general manager position. Time For a Roof on Lambeau Field?

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE THIS LOOK. Problem is, the current Packers cant hack it in the cold. Other teams love coming to Lambeau in the Playoffs now. Yes, you read that right.  It is time to put a retractable roof on Lambeau Field. I don’t give a crap how much it costs, cost is not an issue. Just hold a Packer charity or something and 100s of thousands of Packer fans...
