An autopsy on Cowboys player Jerry Brown has found that he was sober when he was killed in the car crash that led to the arrest and charge of his friend and teammate Josh Brent for intoxicated manslaughter.

Dallas Cowboys: Time For Tony Romo To Go

Ever since quarterback Tony Romo took over as the starter for the Dallas Cowboys in 2006, he has put up stellar numbers year after year only to fall short on the scoreboard in spotlight games. The 2012 season proved to be another one of those seasons for the Cowboys. When it comes to talking about Tony Romo, there are clearly two sides to that battle. There is the side that defends...

Jerry Jones bolted to Caribbean following Sunday’s loss

It seems Rex Ryan isn't the only one who recently hid out in the Caribbean. A source exclusively tells Helmet2Helmet that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones flew directly from Washington, D.C. to St. Maarten island in the early hours of Monday morning. Jones presumably bolted immediately out of FedEx Field, where his team's season ended following a loss to the Redskins. The source...

DALLAS (AP) -- An autopsy has found that Dallas Cowboys practice squad player Jerry Brown Jr. was sober when he was killed in a crash that led to an intoxication manslaughter charge against the teammate at the wheel. The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office reported Thursday that Brown died of head and neck trauma when their vehicle overturned. He had a dislocated neck, a...

Jones vow changes, but what will be done?

I realize that today is normally reserved for the defensive breakdowns, but I have decided to hold off until tomorrow (what is the rush, really, with the next game in about 9 months?) so that we may discuss the Cowboys "news of the day" and speak on something I am being asked quite a bit about. Yesterday, on his radio show Jerry Jones offered the following quote: "...

Cowboys' offense leads to late-season failure

As we sift through the rubble of another late-season failure, we are constantly reminded that the defense was hit with circumstances that nearly made their tasks impossible by the end of the year. The inside linebackers were different, the safeties were different, and the defensive line was different than what left training camp. Only the 2 outside linebackers and the 2 starting...

USC 2013 commit Jason Hatcher spoke with FOX Sports NEXT following day two of practice at the Army All-American Bowl. Hatcher has four official visits still left on his schedule, including his trip to Los Angeles.

Cowboys Rumors: Changes Coming in Dallas

Following another disappointing season, Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said changes will be coming in the next few weeks during an interview with 105.3 The Fan. “If you don’t do something, almost unconventional, then you really don’t break out of that cycle,” said Jones, who then highlighted the Herschel Walker trade of 1989. “But how do we somehow...

Angry Cowboys Fan Blows Up His Tony Romo Jersey

The Dallas Cowboys will spend another post-season watching the playoff games from home due to their inability to win a game that matters. The culprit of this latest late-season meltdown and person drawing the ire of everyone’s venom is the usual suspect, quarterback Tony Romo. One Cowboys fan in particular had about enough of Romo’s big game failures that he decided to take matters...

NFL Rumors: Is Jon Gruden heading to the Dallas Cowboys?

Mediocrity is not something that sits well with Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, and in recent years, he’s seen plenty of it from his team on the field. In fact since the Cowboys last Super Bowl win in 1995, Dallas has posted a tepid 141-140 overall record. Dallas finished the 2012 season at 8-8, while a .500 record would have been welcome in say, Jacksonville this season, another...
