Dallas Cowboys And The NFL:
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones did his best Baghdad Bob imitation Tuesday, striking only positive notes on his weekly radio show about the team's disappointing 2-2 start.
"I really like our team," Jones told KRLD-FM in Dallas-Fort Worth. "I like the makeup of our team. I like the quarterback a lot. I've been part of a team that lost the first two games and won a Super Bowl. You've got to be a little careful when you've got the length of a season that we've got."
Never mind that since the Cowboys started 11-1 under Wade Phillips in 2007, they are 12-12, or 12-13 counting a playoff loss. Or that they've lost eight of their last 13 games dating back to last season.
