The Penalty Flag:
It is time for the New York Jets to rebuild. Again. So let the Jets trade rumors begin.
Now that Tannenbaum is out of the door we can begin to hope poor-personnel decisions left with him. The Jets have a lot of holes to fill and cannot rely on the 2013 NFL draft to fix them. The QB position has proved to be the most important position of 2012 and is at the top of the must-fix list for Gang Green.
If Mark Sanchez wasn’t guaranteed $8.25 million in salary next season, the team would be expected to move on from the Sanchize. So if we are stuck with Sanchez for another year lets hope to see him on the bench.… Read more

Rex Ryan is taking a much needed vacation in the Bahamas with his wife, and while the Jets head coach was catching some rays a NY Daily News photographer snapped a photo of Ryan sporting a tattoo of what looks to be his wife wearing nothing but a green Mark Sanchez jersey. I’ll just let that soak in for a bit. Here’s the photo with said tattoo (via the NY Daily News), and if...
The New York Jets finally fired former GM Mike Tannenbaum earlier this week, opting to retain head coach Rex Ryan. While the search for a new general manager is still underway, according to Rich Cimini of ESPNNewYork, Jets’ owner Woody Johnson is telling potential candidates that firing Ryan is off the table.
Cimini reported that the Jets have told any possible candidate that “they...
After catching a glimpse of Rex Ryan‘s arm tattoo, his bizarre calf ink suddenly looks less insane.
All of Ryan’s hard work this season — one that saw the Jets go 6-10 — is paying off, as he was spotted Thursday catching some rays down in the Bahamas. One glimpse of the sunbathing coach, however, revealed that he actually has more body art than originally believed.
A person familiar with the situation tells The Associated Press that the New York Jets have not made a decision on the status of embattled offensive coordinator Tony Sparano.
While many fans and media have speculated that Sparano will be fired after one season with the Jets, the person says Wednesday that the team has not yet made a final determination - meaning there's a chance...
NEW YORK — The New York Jets have violated the NFL’s media policy by not making coach Rex Ryan or other team executives available within a week of the end of the regular season.
Ryan and owner Woody Johnson will meet with the media on Jan. 8. The season ended Sunday, Dec. 30.
The Professional Football Writers of America lodged a complaint with the league on Wednesday.
As you should know by now, Rex Ryan is off vacationing in the Bahamas while some folks in the Jets organization are losing their jobs.
For a brief moment, no one knew where Ryan was headed when he skipped town. But as soon as the tabloids in New York learned his whereabouts, it was just a matter of time before there were photos of Ryan relaxing by the pool.
But what the tabloids...
We know you’re sick of New York Jets news, who isn’t? Especially with the east coast bias and ESPN’s Tim Tebow bias, but this is just too weird and funny. The NYJ are just like they were in 2010, the Blue Mountain Statesque frathouse of the NFL and they keep giving us material.
This new picture of Rex Ryan is sure to conjure up images of the infamous foot fetish videos of years...
After what will be a nine-day hiatus, Rex Ryan and owner Woody Johnson will address reporters on Tuesday to wrap up the end of the Jets season.
The coach was not available on Monday when the players cleaned out their lockers and spoke to the media for the last time this season. The wait will make the Jets in violation of a league policy, which states in full:
The motive behind Rex Ryan sticking behind Mark Sanchez as the Jets’ starting quarterback this past season is becoming more clear. The New York Daily News has posted images of the Jets head coach with a visible tattoo of his wife wearing nothing but a Mark Sanchez jersey. Furthermore it’s now being mentioned that in [...]
The Jets mess is over, at least the 2012 version of it, but people just won’t let it die down. Rex Ryan was photographed on a beach, and now all of America knows he has a tattoo of his wife in a Sanchez Jersey.
The Jets are interviewing potential GM’s, but reportedly won’t allow them to make a decision on Ryan just yet. Oh yea and most importantly, that Tebow guy is...
Although Tony Sparano remains as the New York Jets offensive coordinator, it is being reported this morning at head coach Rex Ryan wants to replace him with another former head coach that was just fired, Norv Turner. There has been a complete media blackout by the Jets organization since the end of the season, and reporters have not been able to ask Ryan any direct questions. Ryan...
Rex Ryan will return as New York Jets head coach next season ….why? This is maybe one of the worst moves the Jets could have made this early in the off-season. If the Jets couldn’t think of any reason to fire this clown than here is one, Rex Ryan, yes the [...]
Poor Mannequin Tebow
The DEMISE of the New York Jets is like Xmas morning, winning the Super Bowl and finding Charlize Theron in your bed all wrapped into one. But you have to feel for Tim Tebow.
It’s bad enough that he was treated as a PR stunt and barely saw the field, but even his mannequin looks depressed riding the pine.

The SH*T Show that is the New York Jets just gets BETTER & BETTER.
Yesterday, we told you that Jets head coach, Rex Ryan was getting the F*ck out of Dodge for some R&R. Well he was spotted on the beach in the Bahamas sporting some very INTERESTING INK.
Sexy Rexy now has a tattoo of his foot fetish loving wife. Remember her?
Not only is she...
As the Jets various roster moves have come out -- the signing of reserve/future contracts, basically -- a few of you have asked a great question: Who, exactly, is making these moves while the team searches for a new general manager?
This may seem obvious, but since I heard from a few of you on Twitter, figured we'd hash it out here: Former GM and current senior personnel executive...
