Jordan Rodgers swears he's not a run-first quarterback and his reputation upon arriving in Nashville was as a pocket passer in the mold of older brother Aaron, the quarterback of the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers. But Jordan Rodgers' stats the last two games tell a different story. While he's completed just 14-of-46 passes for 233 yards and three interceptions, he's rushed for 176 yards on 29 attempts, helping the offensive line avoid sacks with his quickness. As the Commodores prepare for a Southeastern Conference home game Saturday with Arkansas, Rodgers is hoping to make more plays with his arm and fewer with his feet. "I think it is a great aspect of my team that I can help it (by running) when I need to," he said. "There's a couple of situations on film that I would like to stay in the pocket a half-second longer and deliver the ball. I definitely want to be a pass-first quarterback.
