Lions running back Kevin Smith caught one of Matthew Stafford's five touchdown passes in Sunday's 45-41 loss to the Packers. As you'll see, Smith caught a dump pass over the middle and took a vicious hit from Packers DB (double connotation) Jarrett Bush as he crossed the goalline. Despite the result of the play (six points on the scoreboard), Bush felt the need to stand over and taunt Smith as he caught his bearings. It was quite apparent that Smith was a little dazed While the hit appears to be clean, Lions Pro Bowl WR Calvin Johnson took exception to the bush league antics (see what I did there?). Smith's helmet took a pretty good licking against Bush's helmet/shoulder pads. The result of the play was obviously six points for the Lions, but also a cracked helmet for Kevin Smith, which you can see here...Photo propers to Tim Twentyman
