Found September 24, 2012 on NFL Draft Zone:
Lamar Miller rushed nine times for 48 yards in the Dolphins’ Week 3 loss to the Jets, but he was one of the very bright spots for the Phins. Miller has 19 carries for 113 yards and a touchdown in his only two games active this season and has looked very good.  I don’t think he will be playing behind Daniel Thomas for long, because this week the Dolphins need to change things up. Miller was special when he got to the outside. He has always been a very good runner, but this kid has been very impressive.  I can see Miller shining next week.  If Reggie Bush (knee) misses time, Miller would be a huge upgrade over Daniel “Fumblitis” Thomas who cannot hold onto a football.

Reggie Bush To Miss 1-2 Weeks - The good news for Dolphins RB Reggie Bush is that an MRI of his left knee revealed no structural damage. The not-quite-as-good news is that Bush could still miss one or two weeks. The knee, per a league source, is sore and stiff. He’ll try in the coming days to work out the stiffness. His ability to play will hinge on his ability to loosen up the...

Backup running backs Daniel Thomas and Lamar Miller are both active for the Miami Dolphins for Sunday's game against the New York Jets. Both did not play against Pittsburgh...

According to Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post, Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush didn’t suffer a season ending knee injury during yesterday’s loss to the Jets.  But he could still miss a few weeks. “A source said Monday morning that Bush’s left knee injury is “nothing season-ending,” but the Dolphins are concerned that Bush may have to miss a few games. Dolphins RB Bush could return from knee injury this week

Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush may be back this week after an MRI taken Monday showed that his injured left knee sustained no structural damage, according to ESPN. Daniel Thomas Plays More Snaps Than Miller Week 3

Miami running back Daniel Thomas played 42 snaps to rookie Lamar Miller's 17 in Week 3, according to the Palm Beach Post.Fantasy Spin:Thomas is a lesser player with a fumbling issue but Miller needs to improve in pass protection and get a better grasp on the offense before the team can play him more. For the time being Thomas is the backup Miami running back to own while Reggie...

Calvin Pace on Reggie Bush: ‘We had to put him on out’

The Dolphins were able to run the ball against the Jets very effectively on Sunday until Reggie Bush left the game with a knee injury late in the second quarter. Prior to limping off, Bush carried the ball 10 times for over 60 yards. Daniel Thomas filled in for Bush and carried the ball 19 times for only 69 yards, so I guess you could say the injury worked out for New York. But were...

Bush leaves injured, Dolphins fall in OT

MIAMI (AP) -- Kicker Nick Folk received a reprieve that gave the New York Jets a wild win. After Folk's blocked field-goal attempt in overtime was negated by a timeout, his retry was a successful 33-yarder with 6:04 left, and the Jets beat the Miami Dolphins 23-20 on Sunday. Mark Sanchez hit Santonio Holmes for a 38-yard gain to set up the kick. Two plays later, Folk's...

Dolphins 'icing' timeout backfires against the Jets

Hopefully Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin's decision to "ice" the kicker at the last second will be a lesson to all coaches who plan on using a spare timeout to make an opposing kicker "think" about making a game-winning kick right before the snap.  But, after yesterday's strategy backfired, I still don't think it will stop anyone from using...
