60 Max Power O:
According to Jerry McDonald of the Contra Costa Times, linebacker Miles Burris made his return to the practice field Wednesday, his first session since having knee surgery last January.

It has been anything but “Pride and Poise” for the Oakland Raiders. Since 2000 the Raiders have had 16 different starting quarterbacks. From the failed acquisition of Matt Flynn and Carson Palmer to the disastrous selection of Jamarcus Russell, the Raiders haven’t had the best luck at the most important position in football.
Is it safe to say maybe the Raiders have finally...
I have always been a fan of Michael Huff ever since he came out of college. Michael Huff was probably one of the better, more athletic safeties to come out in the draft. The year that he came out with Donte Whitner he looked like he was going to be a better prospect. After several […]
The Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback picture is clearer than it has been in weeks. Nick Foles will start against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday with rookie Matt Barkley serving as the backup, Eagles coach Chip Kelly said Wednesday. Over the past several weeks Matt Barkley has finished every game. What does that mean? It means Lamar […]
The Oakland Raiders run defense will get a stiff test against the NFL's leading rusher in Philadelphia's LeSean McCoy and they know it's going to be a battle. McCoy recognized the improved Raiders defense saying it's going to be a test, but for the Black and Silver it will be a measuring stick on how far they have come.
Even as Giants fan, I need one of these bad boys. Get it? This Raiders “I Got Pryors” tee might be the most perfect use of wordplay we’ve ever seen. The Raiders players and fans are notorious for run-ins with the law, and now they got one Terrelle Pryor(s). Just perfect. Thanks to BlackSportsOnline for pointing us in the right direction to find Gary Althiser, who tweeted a...
The Oakland Raiders defense has been elite in their last 4 games and has only given up 3 points overall…in the first half. However in the second half of those games the defense has given up an average of 20 points. Oakland did manage to come out victorious in 2 out of those 4 games due to offensive productivity in the first half but if they intend to make some sort of playoff...
This year in fantasy football many people were hoping on guys like Ray Rice Chris Johnson, CJ Spiller, Darren McFadden and even Trent Richardson to pick up slack. Out of all these players though only one man really stands out as being the bust in the fantasy draft. That’s Ray Rice the running back of […]
While there are some critics of the Regional Combine, I have to admit this helps small schoolers out quite a bit. The cost is 275 dollars but it is worth it if you cannot get ibto a bigger pro day or you want in front of more NFL scouts. There will be 10 locations this […]
This shirt, courtesy of Pro Football Focus Fantasy’s Gary Althiser (@PFF_Gary), is hysterical on so many levels.
When you think of fan bases that might be heavy on the criminal records, Oakland has to leap to the forefront. It also works considering the trouble (albeit non-criminal) Terrelle Pryor got into at THE Ohio State University.
And the fact that it is grammatically incorrect...
Last week: 30 (+1)
Aside from his NFL record 93-yard quarterback run, Terrelle Pryor struggled against the Steelers, who are one of the best defenses he’s faced this season, completing 10 of 19 for 92 yards and 2 interceptions. We know he can run, but his struggles in his last two games against the Chiefs’ and the Steelers’ defenses have to be concerning for the...
I think Chip Kelly has seen enough of Matt Barkley at this time.
Tim McManus of Birds 24/7 is reporting that Kelly named Foles the starter for Sundays ballgame against the Oakland Raiders.
Nick Foles will get the start, per Kelly.

Foles will now get the opportunity to redeem himself after a horrific outing against the Cowboys two weeks ago.
Which team is currently 10th in total defense?
Which team is currently fifth in rushing yards per game?
Which team came closer to beating the Colts in Indianapolis than the Denver Broncos did?
Which team has done those things without an offensive line, with a first-year starter at quarterback, and while in the midst of a massive salary purge?
That would be the Oakland Raiders...
In a game that was ultimately much closer than it should have been, the Raiders bested Pittsburgh 21-18, improving to 3-4 on the season. The Steelers, who had been on a roll in recent weeks, now fall to 2-5. While the Raiders are a young team still learning how to close out games, it appears as if Pittsburgh's window is closing quickly.Oakland got off to a fast start, with Terrelle...
The Eagles head to Oakland on Sunday to face the Raiders in the “Black Hole.”
It is always tough for a team to fly across the country, for the Eagles, they find themselves reeling from two straight NFC East losses, and are now starring down the barrel of facing Oakland and Green Bay. The Birds need to be careful, as the Raiders sit at 3-5, but are very strong at home.
The Oakland Raiders are hoping to make a push toward the playoffs, though it won't come easy if their offense continues to vanish after halftime.
Thanks in part to their instability at quarterback, the Philadelphia Eagles are having trouble producing any offense at all after a hot start.
Now the Eagles will turn back to Nick Foles, who will try to make the most of another chance...
